  Customers are number one. Always a pleasure to shop as everyone is pleasant and actually enjoying their jobs . They also will take you to the item you are seeking. This is good old-fashioned shopping. Their service to take your groceries to your car and load them for you reminds me of feeling pampered. The realty is the parking lot is always neat without the carts damaging cars.

  I know they pride themselves on customer service, but PLEASE allow shoppers to use a generic loyalty card when necessary. And train your checkers to wait until a customer order is totally bagged before starting the next order.
